Spectra SP CO2 Laser

Spectra SP CO2 Laser

The Spectra SP is a compact, robust surgical CO2 Laser designed for use in multidisciplinary environments. As one of the best in its class, the Spectra SP can emit a beam as small as 50 microns allowing for more precise, bloodless microsurgical procedures and pinpoint ablation.

Ideal for a wide range of surgical applications, one advantage of the Spectra SP is that unlike conventional CO2 lasers the Spectra SP can work at a pulse rate as low as 40 microseconds. This reduced pulse rate virtually eliminates charring and results in greatly reduced post operative discomfort and faster healing.

For many doctors the CO2 laser is one of the most useful and frequently used clinical devices in the practice, so ease of use and reliability are essential. Again the Spectra SP from Lutronic delivers. Reliable, flexible and compact, the Spectra SP offers a rapid return on investment in a user-friendly compact package.

Spectra Tattoo Removal

Spectra VRM II™ Q-switched Mode - Tattoos

In recent years, tattoos have become more prevalent and vastly more colorful than ever before. Simple two-tone tattoos have been replaced with professional, multi-hued tattoos. Conversely, while tattoos are more popular than ever, thousands of people want to remove these embellishments. Lutronic Corporation has developed an ingenious way to assist doctors in removing colorful tattoos.

Two Spectra Dye handpieces are available as optional add-ons to the Spectra VRM II. When attached in the 532nm setting these dye-impregnated handpieces can be used to effectively treat any color tattoo.

Spectra Dye handpieces are offered in two wavelengths. The 650nm Spectra Dye handpiece can be used to remove various green inks. The 585nm Spectra Dye handpiece is highly effective in treating sky blue ink. With the addition of Spectra Dye handpieces, the Spectra VRM II effectively offers four wavelengths in one laser. Lutronic offers a way to treat any color tattoo with a minimal amount of discomfort. Please take the time to further investigate the Spectra VRM II.

Spectra Laser Toning

Spectra Laser Toning

Spectra Laser Toning is a safe, effective treatment for melasma yielding minimal downtimes and low risk of adverse reactions.

Melasma is a commonly acquired pigmentary disorder among Fitzgerald skin types III and V. Attempts to treat melasma with lasers and other light sources that target melanin have frequently resulted in irritation, PIH or other complications, and on occasion worsening of the melasma, especially in Asian patients.

Doctors using the Spectra VRM II system from Lutronic have reported excellent success rates with a new approach to melasma. The approach called Spectra Laser Toning is an advanced treatment that takes advantage of the flexibility of the Spectra VRM II Q-Switched Nd:YAG laser to penetrate and target melanin in the deep dermis making it ideal for dermal and mixed types of melasma.

Spectra Laser Toning is a non-ablative procedure, which patients can typically tolerate without the use of topical anesthetics and are able to return to their normal daily routines immediately afterwards. Treatments are repeated 5 to 10 times at intervals of between 7 and 10 days until the melasma is no longer visible.

Melasma is an easily irritated and recurring skin disorder. Most peeling therapies are only suitable for epidermal melasma. The uniform beam profile and short pulse width of the Spectra VRM Series are very important in achieving reliable and predictable clinical results without any significant risk of adverse reactions.

Spectra Laser Toning is a simple, effective treatment with high patient satisfaction levels that can take as little as ten minutes per session. Treatments can be combined with other complimentary therapies to achieve multiple clinical advantages with little or no risk of side effects, making it the ideal treatment for epidermal and dermal melasma.

Spectra Laser Peel

Spectra Laser Peel™

Spectra Laser Peel™ is a unique and effective skin rejuvenation treatment that leverages the dual mode capacity of the Spectra VRM laser to provide outstanding clinical results.

Spectra Laser Peel™ is performed by the Spectra VRM II laser in Spectra Mode, its proprietary 300μs, quasi-long pulse Nd:YAG wavelength. Spectra Mode is employed in combination with photo enhancing Spectra Lotion to perform the Spectra Laser Peel™ procedure. Spectra Laser Peel™ utilizes both mechanical and thermal exfoliation to precisely remove 40 to 60μm of tissue. Spectra Laser Peel™ is one of the most effective and innovative non-ablative skin rejuvenation systems available today. This two-step thermal rejuvenation process shows dramatic results with enlarged pores, acne scars and fine wrinkle reduction and has been proven highly effective in the treatment of melasma. Incurring no downtime, patients can return to their normal lives immediately after treatment. Clinicians benefit from reduced treatment times and improved patient satisfaction.

On the first pass, Spectra Laser Peel™ harnesses the Spectra Mode of the Spectra VRM II laser. The quasi-long pulse, which is delivered at 1064nm, provides photo-bio-stimulation to the epidermis, gently heating and mildly exfoliating the outermost layer of the skin. The following passes (also at 1064nm) in Q-switched mode result in immediate photomechanical destruction of the micro-fine carbon particles in the previously applied Spectra Lotion. Because the outermost layer of dead skin cells are gently removed, the dermal cells associated with skin rejuvenation (fibroblasts, mast cells and macrophage cells) are stimulated resulting in controlled regeneration and collagen re-modeling for improved skin tone, texture, wrinkle and scar reduction without significant downtime or side effects.

Spectra Laser Peel™ is a powerful, controllable yet gentle protocol that allows complete clinical management of the skin rejuvenation process for a wide range of indications and skin types.

MOSAIC - Features

Dual Operating Modes for Flexibility and Control

MOSAIC brings a new level of comfort and control to laser therapy by offering a choice between two convenient and easy to use operating modes. Operators can switch freely between the two modes during the same treatment session, enhancing accuracy and ease of use regardless of the size or shape of the treatment area. The ability to switch back and forth between treatment modes allows for exact tailoring of the treatment to the needs of each patient.

Dynamic Mode
Dynamic Mode, which continuously delivers randomized beams using our patented Controlled Chaos Technology, is ideal for the rapid and reliable coverage of large areas with consistent results. A complete facial treatment may now require as little as 10 to 15 minutes, making MOSAIC one of the fastest skin regeneration systems available today and offering a better return on investment profile than any comparable system on the market.

Static Mode
Static Mode's stamp-like approach is suitable for smaller lesions and scars. In this mode MOSAIC has the ability to instantly deliver 50 to 300 spots per square centimeter for virtually pain free treatment. With a choice of four different tip sizes, treatment can be tailored to treat lesions or scars of different sizes without damage to the surrounding tissue.

Automatic Total Density Counter

One of the key features of the MOSAIC system is its ability to track and record the total number of Micro Necrotic Columns (MNCs) delivered to the skin.

In conjunction with our patented Skin Sensor Tip system, which will only deliver treatment when in contact with the skin, the Automatic Total Density Counter allows for precise control over both the density and depth of the MNCs delivered by tracking the number and site of each MNC.

Unlike other systems, MOSAIC also allows you to stop treatment at anytime to check the skin's reaction while maintaining the ability to display the total density delivered to each region.

Physicians are now able to control the precise dosage of each treatment and therefore more accurately predict clinical outcomes.

MOSAIC Touch Screen Display

Among the many exceptional MOSAIC features, one of the most recognized and highly acclaimed is the MOSAIC Touch Screen Display.

In addition to clear, easily read setting displays and control buttons, the user-friendly MOSAIC Touch Screen Display is fully integrated with our patented Controlled Chaos Technology and Total Density Counter software. The Touch Screen software divides the face into five regions providing the ability to program a different total density for each region, or to exclude regions entirely.

MOSAIC - Micro Fractional Technology

Micro Fractional Technology
MOSAIC's randomized beam spray pattern targets a fraction of the treated area. Although only a small proportion of skin cells are directly affected, the body's natural desire to regenerate leads to improvement in the majority of the treated area. In basic terms, each necrotic column stimulates a natural healing process in the area around it, initiating long term collagen remodeling and regeneration of elastin in the dermis. Thus rapid re-epithelialization occurs with 24 hours, not only in the tissue directly affected by the MNCs but also in 80% to 90% of the surrounding tissue. After three to seven days, excess necrotic pigment and coagulated epidermal debris becomes renewed with new epidermal skin cells. In short, MOSAIC harnesses the body's natural reactions to rebuild the beauty of natural skin. The MOSAIC system is clinically proven for routine rejuvenation of photo-aged skin and scar reduction as well as the removal of a wide range of pigmented lesions, wrinkles and softening of striae. MOSAIC also delivers dramatic results in areas such as reduced pore size, improved skin tone and reduced skin laxity. Patients notice immediate results that continue to improve over a period of months. Post treatment discomfort and healing times are reduced because the stratum corneum is never ablated during treatment. This maintenance of the stratum corneum also results in minimal downtime and adverse side effects. Patients can quickly and confidently return to normal activities. Overall, MOSAIC is among the safest and most reliable resurfacing laser systems available to today's practicing aesthetic clinician.

MOSAIC - Controlled Chaos Technology (CCT)

Controlled Chaos Technology (CCT)

MOSAIC's patented Controlled Chaos Technology (CCT) dramatically improves beam delivery and management over other current fractional laser systems. The advantage of CCT is that it randomly delivers each micro beam to the skin surface in a spray paint-like manner. This eliminates the need for multiple linear passes and the clinical disadvantages of unavoidable overlap. The MOSAIC's Automatic Total Density Counter also gives precise control over all aspects of energy delivery resulting in a more uniform treatment of the target area, reduced treatments times, more rapid healing and improved patient satisfaction.

Controlled Chaos Technology offers the following advantages:

  • Utilizes a unique "spray paint" approach

  • Delivers a random spray of micro laser beams to the targeted area

  • Avoids bulk thermal damage caused by conventional "paintbrush" or "stamp" delivery methods

  • Provides a more natural, uniform treatment result

                MOSAIC LASER

                MOSAIC Micro Fractional Er:YAG Laser

Incorporating the Latest in Micro Fractional Technology
                Releasing the Beauty in People

The Lutronic MOSAIC is an advanced aesthetic laser solution incorporating the latest in fractional technology. MOSAIC delivers cutting edge technology in a safe, flexible user friendly package that enables precise control of treatment parameters, minimizes potential side effects and improves clinical outcomes.

MOSAIC's exclusive patented technology offers an improvement over traditional lasers and light-based technologies by delivering multiple arrays of randomized microscopic laser beams to the skin, rather than delivering the energy in linear rows, which may increase patient discomfort and increase the risk of post inflammatory hyper-pigmentation in darker skin types.

The secret of the MOSAIC system is that it creates microscopic randomized columns of thermal damage in small percentages of the treated area, yet stimulates natural growth and re-epithelialization in the entire treated area.

The MOSAIC's randomly scanned laser beams selectively create Micro Necrotic Columns (MNCs), tiny columns of coagulated tissue, the depth and density of which can be independently controlled by the MOSAIC interactive software. This unique technology results in better outcomes in the form of minimal downtime, a more uniform appearance and most importantly, dramatic clinical improvements.

                Redefining the World of Aesthetics

Now there is a better way to lasting beauty. The Lutronic MOSAIC Laser System uses patented technology to deliver multiple enduring benefits.
